This Exhibitors agreement becomes a part of the contract and shall be an acceptable document for both parties.
Exhibitors may hold drawings for prizes in their individual booths. Exhibitor understands and agrees that their attendance and participation at the exhibition must comply with all provisions of this Contract.
Exhibitor understands that a condition of exhibiting is adhering to proper exhibitor conduct at all times while participating in the show. Proper conduct includes, but is not limited to: exhibitor staying within the confines of his/her designated booth space, not soliciting attendees outside of your booth (not walking the floor handing out materials; placing in bathrooms and other locations) , not occupying another exhibitor's booth, not congregating with other exhibitors on the floor, making exhibitors and/or attendees uncomfortable with complaints or not distributing materials outside the designated booth area. Such activity will be deemed improper conduct and will be grounds for the exhibitor being removed from the exhibit floor at PRODUCERS' sole discretion.
Exhibitor Registration is limited to sales, marketing, management and special booth personnel. PRODUCERS reserve the right to limit the number of exhibitor in a booth space to ensure the safety and the visual aspect of the show. Installation, Show, and Dismantling hours and dates shall be those specified by PRODUCERS. Packing of exhibits prior to the close of the exposition is prohibited. Exhibitor shall be liable for all storage and handling charges for failure to remove exhibits by specified time and date.
PRODUCERS, at its discretion, may make reasonable changes, amendments, or additions to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes, amendments, or additions shall be binding on the exhibitor. The ruling of PRODUCERS shall be final in all instances with regard to use of any exhibit space.This Agreement may not be assigned by the exhibitor absent without the written consent of PRODUCERS.
NO PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES - Any liability of The Bridal Sampler Wedding Expo to you shall not include any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages or loss nor any lost profits, savings, or business opportunity.
JURY TRIAL – In the unlikely event that differences concerning our services or fees arise between us that are not resolved by mutual agreement or mediation, you and we agree to waive a trial by jury to facilitate judicial resolution and save time and expense of both parties.
If PRODUCERS should be prevented from holding the exposition for any reason beyond PRODUCERS' control (such as, but not limited to damage to building, riots, strikes breached by exposition location, acts of government, or acts of God), then PRODUCERS has the right to cancel the exposition or any part thereof, with no further liability to the exhibitor other than a refund of exhibit fees less a proportionate share of the exposition cost incurred.
The exhibitor agrees to use the space(s) provided only for the display of the products or services specified in this agreement and agrees not to sublet the space(s) unless written authorization is provided by Producers.
The Exhibitor will hold Producers and the owners of the buildings and grounds harmless from any damage or liability arising from any injury or damage to said Exhibitor, his agents, servants or employees, or to the property of the said Exhibitor occurring in the buildings or grounds or the approaches and entrances thereto, except by negligence of Producers.
Returned Check/Credit Card Disputes
We will charge a $50.00 returned check fee for any checks returned unpaid for any reason. We
will contact the submitter of the check via certified mail once and via phone once to try to rectify
the problem and give you 30 days, according to Illinois law to make good on the check. After 30
days, we will pursue the matter in the court of law for $50.00 fee, any other bank fees, court
costs and treble damages. Furthermore, exhibitor agrees not to bogusly dispute credit card
charges less be subject to a $50.00 fine plus costs and registration fee.
Refunds:
There are no refunds issued for shows. We will allow the exhibitor to choose another like show
if we are contacted via e-mail to info@bridalsampler.com, fax (888) 811-9166 or mail at: 2021
Midwest Rd; Suite 305; Oak Brook, IL 60523 within 10 business days prior to an event.
There are no refunds or show credits issued to organizations who do not show up for an event.
If exhibitor is using a payment plan and fails to remit the outstanding balance due to Producers
for receipt 30 days prior to the opening of the Show, he will forfeit the deposit payment and
Producers will be free to relet the space(s). In the event the Exhibitor fails to comply in any
respect with the terms of this agreement, all rights of the Exhibitor hereunder will cease and
terminate. Any payment made by the Exhibitor on account hereof will be retained by Producers
as liquidated damages for breach of this contract and Producers may thereupon relet the space.
Producer reserves the right to reject or prohibit exhibits or Exhibitors or to relocate exhibits or Exhibitors when in Producers opinion such moves are necessary to maintain the character and/or good order of the Show. No monies will be returned to Exhibitors under these conditions.
The Exhibitor's property will be placed on display and exhibited at his risk and Producers assumes no responsibility for loss and damage thereto. The Exhibitor will assume all responsibility for loss of damage to his property due to fire, theft, flood, lightning, earthquake, explosion, or any other cause beyond the control of Producers.
The Exhibitor also agrees to remove this exhibit, equipment and appurtenances from the Show premises by the final move out time limited, or in the event of failure to do so, the Exhibitor agrees to pay for such additional costs as may be incurred. The removal of equipment or material from the grounds will not be allowed before move out except where accompanied by "Release Forms" provided by Producers.
The Exhibitor is liable for any damage they caus to building floors, walls or columns, or to stand and booth equipment, or to other property.
The Exhibitor agrees to maintain qualified personnel in the display at all times during the Show hours. Producers will not assume any responsibility for losses or damages incurred from pilferage or any other causes. Exhibitors should take all possible precautions to protect their own property, including insurance if deemed necessary.
Producers makes no absolute claims on attendance or participation to any events that are held by Producers. We base our numbers on market research, pre-registrations, past attendance and expectations only and will not be held accountable for lack of attendance for whatever reason.
Exhibitors will refrain from discussing problems, issues, payments, concerns or any other issues with exhibitors vendors or customers.
Complaints regarding on-site issues shall be voiced to the senior person on staff at the event. Please proceed to the registration area where the staff will contact the appropriate person. Overall complaints and suggestions are welcomed in writing to Producers either via email or letter after the show has concluded. Please refrain from creating a hostile environment for customers, fellow-exhibitors and staff members.
The Fashion Show, exhibits and all other facets of The Bridal Sampler Wedding Expo is the property of The Bridal Sampler Wedding Expo. Exhibitors may not photograph, videotape or duplicate any portion of The Bridal Sampler Wedding Expo. Exhibitors may photograph their own booth space for marketing purposes, but retain no rights to photographs or video tapes of the show, models, attendees, vendors, fashion show and may not reproduce or redistribute such items without the expressed written consent of The Bridal Sampler Wedding Expo.
We retain the right to relocate an event to a comparable place at a comparable time if it becomes necessary due to size, space issues, contract disputes.
Brides List: Producer agrees to email Exhibitor a list of brides registered at the show. Such list of brides and all other names and information collected (“Brides List”) at the Show are the exclusive property of Producer and use of either is only granted to each paid Exhibitor for their business’ marketing. The Brides List shall not be used for any other purpose. If Exhibitor sells, gives, or in any other manner distributes or discloses the Brides List or any part thereof to another company, person, or other third party, Exhibitor agrees to compensate Producer $850.00 per each additional use.
Exhibitor also agrees to pay all legal fees and other expenses incurred by Producer, as well as all damages suffered by Exhibitor, due to any violation of this agreement. Liability: Producer’s liability is limited to the actual money paid by Exhibitor to Producer hereunder.
Bridal Fair Policy: Exhibitor shall conduct business in the best interest of all Bridal Fair participants and agrees to comply with all requests of the Producer. Exhibitor shall comply with all state and federal laws, including all local and municipal fire regulations. Producer reserves the right to prohibit any conduct or display deemed by the Producer, in the Producer’s sole and absolute discretion, to be inappropriate or not in the best interest of the Bridal Fair. Exhibitor is solely responsible for its property and releases Producer from any responsibility of liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property.
